New Horizon Software Solutions, Inc. offers full company reviews. A
company review is an analysis of your organizations information
flows. We evaluate how you are currently doing things and what
software(s) you are currently using. We don’t just look at your ERP
package, we look at all of your information needed for your company.
And we do it all in 2 days. On day 1 We ask the questions, “What
questions do you need to answer? And how are you getting the answers
today.” We ask people to fill complete the sentence “If I only had
________ then my job would be so much easier.” Then on day 2 we take
the morning and we develop a concise process evaluation that
recommends how you could improve your information flows. The
afternoon is used to meet with your management group and review our
findings with them.
Another use for a company review would be after using your software
for a while, you tend to settle into a routine. But is it the best
routing for you company now? Your company changes, the software
changes, and you also need to change. After our company review, we
make recommendations to improve efficiency and/or cost
effectiveness.
