Custom
Training
New Horizon Software Solutions, Inc. provides two levels of custom
training to our clients.
Level I : With the first level, we only train you on the
functionality within the software that you’re going to use (based on
the company review). We break the classes down by departments, not
by module. We always try to train using your data, not generic data
if possible. We use your functions and your system on your site. We
do this for several reasons. We feel that your personnel learn
better seeing the data and functions that they work with or are
going to work with on a daily basis. Our manuals are put together
compiling the standard function training documentation based on the
flow charts and can be used going forward, as a tool for cross
training and new hires.
Level II: With level II you get everything from level I plus
truly custom manuals. We will update our standard manuals with your
customized screens and your tables and specific prompt information
requirements.
Our goal is a very simple one, at the end of the day, your people
can do their jobs on the new system. When the phone rings, they’ll
know how to get the answers to the questions their asked.
Standard Training Classes
These classes are module based and held in our training location in
Solon. They cover all of the ins and outs of a particular section of
